a crisp layer of pâte sablée & the whole tart is topped with glaze giving the finishing touch. We gather our fresh fruits from local supplier with seasonal availability. All Tracys catering company tarts made in butter. Fresh fruit tarts prepared with crème pastissier, fresh fruits or fruits compotes.
Custom Cakes & Pastries
Tracy’s catering cakes exclusively made by using French cream, fresh fruits and finest chocolate. All our cakes are artisanal hand made. Tracys catering cakes can be made on demand.
